NEW monthly workshop format. 3rd Sunday of the month 9am-1pm - 4 hours of intensive/focused training. Traditional Hebei Style Xing Yi. Complete syllabus: Stance and posture work, 5 elements, 12 animals, various weapons, linking sequences, fighting application, grappling, Yan Yi. Practical focus on application for fighting, competition and self defence. This class is practiced in a safe format but is martial and full contact from day one. Chinese Martial Arts and Weapons
Training is available in - Tai Chi Chuan for martial or health purposes, Buk Sing Choi Li Fut, Various aspects of other traditional Chinese martial arts and weapons. If you want training the easiest way to organise this is to find a hall that you are responsible for, a group of students that are ready to learn and are happy to pay me for my time that will cover costs I will happily come and teach you. Within a reasonable travelling distance - I am based in NW4 and AL1.
